Driftwood Pickleball Account and Data Deletion
This is the public account-deletion resource for Driftwood Pickleball. You can delete an authenticated account from Profile > Settings > Delete account. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, request deletion without reinstalling it by emailing info@driftwoodpickleball.com with the subject line Driftwood Pickleball Data Deletion Request.
Please include the email address used to sign in. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership.
What We Delete
- Clerk authentication identity, sessions, connected access, and stored DUPR/calendar credentials.
- Profile data, email, DUPR profile fields, notification preferences, calendar mappings, organizer assignments, and local account-linked diagnostic records.
What We Retain
To preserve other players’ tournament results, registrations, prize/accounting records, abuse/security auditability, and DUPR submission integrity, related records may remain under a deleted-account record. Event results retain a shortened player label using the first name and last initial so the results remain readable. We do not delete other players’ data. The retention is limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Processing Time
In-app deletion completes immediately when the identity provider and database are available. Email requests are verified and processed as soon as reasonably practicable. If a connected calendar provider does not accept event removal, we remove Driftwood’s stored mapping and document the provider-side limitation.
